We are able to keep the prices much lower than our competitors since we buy directly from our commissioned artists from Asia and we keep our overhead lowest by selling directly to customers through our online gallery. We pass our savings to you so you don't have to purchase the same quality artwork from stores that have high overhead they need to add to your bill.
What kind of payment methods you accept? We accept major credit cards online. It is fast, safe and easy to place orders online directly from our web pages. If you are international buyers and your credit card was not accepted while placing order online, you are welcome to order by mail and send us payment in Money Order (in US dollars). We also accept the following offline payment for people who either don't feel comfortable with online payment -- Casher's check, Post money order, Personal/company check (takes 7 business days for clearance). Please make your payment payable to "Liberty House Company" and mail to address at : contact us. **Please note for international buyers, we only accept casher's check and post money order since international personal check and company check takes too long to clear.

How do you pack your painting to protect it from damaging? We always pack all the paintings very carefully in strong durable mailing tubes to protect them from damage.
What is your returning policy? Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! We say so because we not only have confidence you will like our beautiful artworks but we also provide a 30 Days Money Back Guarantee! If you are not satisfied with the artworks you buy, please contact us within 30 days after you receive them. We will refund full amount less S&H to you after we received your return and it is in original re-sellable conditions. If you receive free S&H promotion and later return your order, our normal S&H fees will be used in calculating the refund.
